Javi Frias is an artist devoted to the culture of disco. His musical journey began when he started collecting funky records as a young soul boy in his hometown of Madrid. Now he travels the world, spreading love, and rocking parties, through his eclectic DJ sets.

As a producer, he has recently started making noise with a series of impressive edits and reworks on Street Edits, Tropical Disco, Midnight Riot, and Boogie Cafe. His music has been supported by disco heavyweights such as Danny Krivit, Red Greg, Horse Meat Disco, Jacques Renault, and Joey Negro, whom he has also shared the decks with at his own famed Discotizer parties at El Sotano.

Connecting all the disco dots, Javi also has his own label ‘Night Shift Records’ where he has predominantly released a series of his own club ready re-edits, as well as working with Never Dull and Chasse. The disco flame continues to burn, and Javi has plenty in the pipeline for 2022 and beyond!

Here he makes his debut on Re-Loved with this two track EP. Kicking off with the funky brass driven ‘Get Up’ the funk continues on ‘What I Want’ with rousing male & female vocals.
